What we publish

Games Fun Hubs publishes English-language Dota 2 guides for players learning how to make better decisions. We focus on a small maintained collection: five hero guides, one item decision guide, one strategy guide, and an article about evaluating patch changes.

We deliberately removed a larger batch of repetitive hero pages in August 2026. A smaller library that adds a distinct lesson on every page is more useful than broad coverage built from the same template.

Who is responsible

Content is published under the Games Fun Hubs editorial team name. We do not claim professional status, a particular matchmaking rank, private match datasets, or access to Valve unless that evidence can be shown. The site owner is responsible for publication and corrections.

How a guide is reviewed

  1. Define one decision: each article starts with a concrete question, such as whether a support needs a save item or a team item.
  2. Separate mechanics from judgment: patch-dependent facts are checked against the current Dota 2 client or official patch notes before publication. Strategic recommendations are clearly presented as editorial judgment.
  3. Use examples honestly: illustrative scenarios are labeled as examples. We do not describe invented examples as measured match data.
  4. Review after material patches: pages show a review date. If a patch changes a relevant mechanic, the affected passage is rechecked or removed.
  5. Correct visible errors: readers can send the page URL, the questionable passage, and a supporting source to our contact address.

Sources and intellectual property

The maintained guides use original text and interface styling rather than copied game screenshots, hero portraits, or item icons. Dota 2 names are used only to identify the game and discuss play. When a factual patch claim requires a source, the article should link to the relevant official material.

Independence

Games Fun Hubs is an independent fan guide site. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Dota 2 and related marks belong to their respective owners. Advice reflects editorial analysis and cannot guarantee wins, rank changes, or matchmaking results.
